What does 'pay only for what we save' mean?
We charge 30% of the CI compute we save you, billed monthly from the actual measured saved minutes. If we save you €100, you pay €30. If we save you nothing, you pay nothing.
What happens when hone misses a failure?
The full suite is on as a safety net for the first 7 days after activation, so any miss is caught and rerun automatically. We post a honest miss comment on the PR with the dependency we missed and how we fixed our graph.
Do I need to change my workflow files?
No. Hone runs as a GitHub App. Nothing in your repo changes. To uninstall, remove the app — your CI returns to the full suite.
